The short version

• The mockup tool runs in your browser. Your storefront photos, logos and proofs are not uploaded to us.
• If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and, if you give it, your shop name.
• We use that only to email you about Signhang. We never sell it.
• You can ask us to delete it at any time: [email protected], or reply to any email we send you.

What we collect

The mockup tool. Photos, logos, measurements and proof PDFs stay on your device. The tool remembers your shop name, your preferred units and a proof counter in this browser's local storage so you don't retype them. That data never leaves your browser, and clearing your browser's site data removes it.

The waitlist. The form sends your email address and optional shop name to us and nothing else. A repeat signup with the same email is simply ignored. The form has a hidden field that only bots fill in; we discard those submissions.

Where it is stored

Waitlist entries are stored in a database at Cloudflare, which also hosts this site. We use it only to email you about Signhang.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites or building a profile of you. We use it only to see how many people visit and which pages they read. There is no advertising on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist entries until you ask us to delete them, or until we close the waitlist and delete the list.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you or have it deleted. Write to [email protected] or reply to any email we send you, and we will do it. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

The Android app

The Android app is the same mockup tool. Photos, logos, measurements, shop details and proofs stay on your phone. There is no account.

The camera opens only when you tap “Take photo”. Files leave the app only when you tap “Share” and pick an app.

The app has no analytics, ads or tracking code, and it does not back its data up to the cloud. Uninstalling it deletes everything. If you allow it in your phone’s settings, Google shares anonymous crash and performance statistics with us through Google Play.

The iPhone and iPad app

The camera is used only to take the storefront photo. Photos, logos, shop details and proofs stay on your device.

The app makes no network requests. The app has no analytics, ads or tracking code. Sharing a proof goes through the iPhone or iPad share sheet, to the app you pick. Deleting the app deletes its data.
